Jana was born and raised in the Czech Republic. After moving to Canada, and training in graphic design, she worked for Canada's largest sporting goods retailer designing in the Web and Print studios for nine years.

While she was on maternity leave, she discovered a new passion - designing birth announcements and stationery cards. Now she is the designer behind Your Invites (www.yourinvites.ca) an online stationery boutique specializing in wedding stationery.

Jana lives in Calgary, Alberta, Canada together with her husband and daughter.
