Order Confirmation
Once your order is ready for shipment, we will email you a shipment confirmation, including a tracking number for items shipped via FedEx within the U.S. Be sure to add customerservice@mypublisher.com to your address book to allow our emails to come through. If you don't receive a confirmation email, just contact us and we'll be happy to confirm your order for you.

Shipping Confirmation
We'll send you a shipping confirmation e-mail as soon as your order ships. This e-mail will include a tracking number for items shipped via FedEx within the U.S. Please allow 2-8 days for standard delivery within the U.S.
Shipments to Canada via FedEx Canada Express arrive in 3-5 business days.
Shipments to Europe via FedEx International Ground are routed to the destination's local mail service for delivery. These shipments cannot be tracked. Please allow 6-14 days for delivery.
Credit Card Authorization
When your order is placed, we automatically request an authorization (or hold) for the total amount of the purchase from your credit card company. No charges are applied to your card until your order ships. These authorization approvals will drop off of your card typically within 3 business days.
Order Processing Time
Every order is custom made just for you. Craftsmanship of this quality takes time—but it’s worth the wait. We take only a few days to make your order perfect-- because we triple check every product to meet our exceptional standards. Most orders are processed and ready for shipment within 3-5 business days.
Change or Cancel an Order
We want you to love everything you create at MyPublisher. If you change your mind about your order, you must cancel within one hour of placing your order. Due to the custom nature of our products, we regret we cannot cancel your order after this time. If you do not cancel within our required time window, your credit card will be charged and your order will be shipped.

Making Extra Copies
Every order you place with MyPublisher is automatically saved for you on your convenient My Projects page. To order extra copies of any project, click on the My Projects link on our homepage. Once there, you can track recent orders, view and share your projects or order more copies, anytime.
Sorry, We Cannot Combine Orders
Every project you make with MyPublisher is unique and custom made on demand, so we cannot combine multiple projects within one order. Our easy-to-use software makes it easy to create new projects, though, so go ahead and create as many as you like and we’ll ship them to you, fast.
