The prices listed below are for a
basic 20-page*
MyPublisher book excluding shipping and applicable taxes (tax is applied to all New York state orders).
* Please
note that each side of a sheet is considered a "page"
and each page/side is counted in the price of the
book.

To see the book price before you enter the Purchasing section, click on MyPublisher Shop in the top menu bar of the software, and select Price Check. The software will give you the prices of all three types of books (excluding tax and shipping).

Taxes and Import Duties
Orders shipped to New York State are subject to New York State sales tax.
European Shipments: PhotoBooks are not subject to VAT and MyPublisher does not collect VAT on PhotoBooks. Any additional taxes, duties or other custom fees depending upon the destination of the shipment are the responsibility of the customer. MyPublisher does not have control over the import taxes imposed by each country. Please direct questions about import or customs fees to the governing authority.
Canadian Shipments: Couriers shipping to Canada charge a brokerage fee. The shipping prices quoted above include this brokerage fee and customers will not be charged the brokerage fee upon delivery. However, the brokerage fee is not the same as the processing or advancement fee, and MyPublisher does not have authority over the processing fees. Customers are responsible for all Canadian import fees which can include duty, taxes and any additional fees upon delivery. Refer to the terms and conditions on www.fedex.ca for more information.
Fedex does not deliver to APO addresses and therefore we cannot accept orders directed to an APO address. We currently are exploring alternate shipping methods to accommodate APO addresses.
Our ordering, manufacturing and shipping processes are fully automated to produce and ship each unique order. Given our automated processes, we are unable to consolidate or hold orders for subsequent orders to be shipped together.
If you place multiple orders on the same day, they may ship on different days.
If you want to order your book in various book types, cover colors, or materials, you will need to place a separate order for each different book option.
Each order can only be shipped to one address. In order to ship the books to different addresses, you need to place a separate order for each one.
A shipping confirmation e-mail is sent as soon as your order ships. This e-mail will include a tracking number for items shipped via FedEx, except Fedex Ground to Europe.
Shipments via FedEx Ground to Europe are not assigned a tracking number and are routed to the destination's local mail service for delivery. These shipments cannot be tracked. Please allow 6 to 14 days for delivery.
NOTE: Shipping confirmation e-mails are often blocked by spam e-mail filters. Please make sure that your settings allow e-mails from customerservice@MyPublisher.com to come in through your e-mail.
MyPublisher does not offer volume discounts because each book is custom made. There are no savings in the production of multiple book orders.
If you are not fully satisfied with the quality of your book, then MyPublisher will reprint your book at no additional cost. We take 100% responsibility for the overall quality of the manufacture of your book. Although we cannot fix your typos for you, or re-take a dark image, our goal is to do everything in our power to make you a satisfied, long term customer! To help us improve our quality, occasionally, we may ask you to return your book. In any case, if there is an error of any kind in the fulfillment of your order, please contact us at customerservice@MyPublisher.com. We will do everything we can to solve the problem.
