MyPublisher gift certificates make fun, convenient gifts. Just select an amount between $5 and $250 and we'll email it along with your personal note. Or you can print it out instead and give as a gift.

The recipient doesn't have to be a MyPublisher customer — instructions on getting started are provided with the certificate. And redeeming the gift couldn't be easier. They just enter the gift certificate code at checkout. For something extra special, wrap up a photobook and slip a gift certificate inside!

Ordering a MyPublisher Gift Certificate

Click on the Pricing & Products page and select Gift Certificates. Once you are on the Gift Certificate page, click the 'Order now' red button to get started. If you are not a customer or not signed in to your account, you will be prompted at this point to sign in or create an account.

Next, select the amount you wish to give: $50, $100, $150, $200, $250 or any other amount between $5 and $250. Enter the recipient's name and email address and include a personal message. Then, select one of the template styles and be sure to preview to make sure you like how it looks. Click the 'Continue' button to proceed to checkout.

Enter your credit card number and billing information on the next page. When you're done, click the 'Next' button. You will not be charged until you have reviewed your order on the following page.

On the next page, you'll see your billing and order details. If you want to change your gift certificate or billing information, click the 'Back' link. When you're ready to purchase, click the 'Place Order' button.

The Order Confirmation page is the receipt for your gift certificate. You will also receive a confirmation email to the email address on file in your account. The gift certificate will be automatically sent via email to the address you provided as soon as your order is processed. When the email is sent, you will receive another confirmation email.

Redeeming a MyPublisher Gift Certificate

Once you have created your project, click 'Purchase' to proceed through the checkout process. On the Payment page (the fourth step in checkout), select 'Add a gift certificate.' Enter the 12-digit code in the space provided and click 'Apply' to see the balance on your gift certificate.

If the amount available on your gift certificate isn't enough to cover your order total, you will need to provide your credit card information to pay for the difference before you can place your order.

If the gift certificate's balance is bigger than the cost of the order, no credit card information is required. When you're done, click the 'Next' button.

You don't have to use the entire amount all at once. The gift certificate code remains active until its entire value is used.

Expiration Date

MyPublisher gift certificates do not have an expiration date or any fees. Your gift certificate can be used until there's no value remaining.

  If the value of the MyPublisher gift certificate is more than the total of your order, no credit card is required.

  Contact Customer Service for assistance. It is helpful if you can provide the name or email address of the person who sent the gift certificate.
• Can promotions and gift certificates be combined?
  Yes. If you have a gift certificate, this will not be applied until the purchase step on the payment page. Discounts to your order will be applied first, and then you will have the option to use the gift certificate as a form of payment.
• I want to give someone a gift certificate in person. How do I do this?
  To order a gift certificate and print it yourself, follow the steps below:

Enter the recipient's name but enter YOUR email address in the required field. Include a personal message. Then, select one of template styles and be sure to preview to make sure you like how it looks. Click the 'Continue' button to proceed to checkout.
  
  
• You will then receive the gift certificate to your email address. Simply print it up yourself to give as a gift in person!
