Placing your custom book order is easy. Our order submissionand manufacturing processes are fully automated to expediteyour order.
We are not able to change your order once it hasbeen uploaded.
It is imperative that you preview your entire book, page-by-page,and prior to uploading to ensure that your book will beprinted exactly as you want it. Image templates and textboxes that were left blank will be printed as blank backgroundspace.
To preview your book, followthe instructions below:
| 1. | Click on Step 4 - Preview in the tool bar beneath the designmat. | |
| 2. | Click on the 1-Page view, the 2-Page view, or the View as a Slideshowoption from the tool bar. | |
| 3. | In the 2-Page or Slideshow view, the page that appears on the left(even-numbered pages) will be printed on the left and the page thatappears on the right (odd-numbered pages) will be printed on the right.This layout is what the page spread will look like when the book isopened. If a page is blank, it will display as blank. | |
| 4. | Click on the "View Book from Start" button at the bottomright of the design mat to begin previewing on the cover page at thebeginning of your book. | |
| 5. | Click on the Next or Back arrows at the bottom right of the design mat to scroll through each page untilyou have previewed your entire book. | |
| 6. | Edits cannot be made in Preview mode. If you see something you would like to edit while previewing your book, go back to Step 3 - Make Book and make any necessary changes. |
NOTE: Thegrayarea
that you see is not part of the page. The book sample represents thepage
in your book. Your photos and text will be printed where they are
placedon this sample book. You will choose your covercolor(if
applicable) and cover style during the checkout process.
Previewing all of the pagesat once
This feature is only available in Make Book, not in Preview mode. It allowsyou to change the sequence of your pages. This view is not intended for individualpage previewing and proofing.

Drag and drop the pages into the desired placement. |
To order your books, click on Step 5 - Purchase button locatedin the tool bar on the bottom. You will be required to verifythat you have previewed your book before going to thenext page.

Click on Go to MyPublisher Preview Now to return to the Preview modeand ensure all pages appear exactly how you want them. | |

When you are satisfied that your book is readyto order, verify that you have previewed yourbook, and click on the red Next option locatedat the bottom right corner of your screen to proceedto the shopping cart. |
NOTE: If there are images in your bookthat are of lower-than-recommended print quality, if thereare blank pages in your book, or if you have fewer thanthe minimum 20 pages in your book, a warning pop-up messagewill appear on the screen. Carefully read the messageand take the time to go back into your book to fix anythingthat might need to be corrected.

The 6 steps to placing your order are:
1. Enter your order information
2. Confirm your shipping address
3. Review your order and select a shipping option
4. Select your payment

| 1. | Book Size - Book Size is selected during
the Start Book process. During checkout you can switch between a
Deluxe or Classic Hardcover book but you cannot switch between a
PocketBook and another size. To do this you must click on the
Book Size & Style button while in Make Book mode.

| 2. | Cover Material - this option is only if you are
purchasing a Classic Hardcover with a Picture Window.

| 4. | CoverColor-
this option is only available if you are purchasing a Classic
orDeluxe Hardcover book with a Picture Window.

| 5. | Quantity Order as manycopies of the same book as you like. Just enter in the number of copiesyou want. |

| 6. | Coupon Code If you have a valid coupon code, enterit in this space. It is imperative that it is entered into thespace exactly the way it appears. To testthe validity of the code, select the VerifyCoupon button. If the coupon code comes up as"Invalid", do the following:

Click on the red Next button on the lower right-hand corner of yourscreen to advance to the next page.
Confirm Your Shipping Address
The shopping cartdefaults to the shipping address that you entered whenyou created an account. If you want to ship your orderto a different address other than the one in your account,click on Ship to a Different Address? Changing the "ShipTo" address will not change the address in youraccount.
Books that are part of the same ordercannot be shipped to more than one address. Each ordercan be shipped to only one address. In order to ship booksto different addresses, you need to place a separate orderfor each address.
After you have confirmed your shipping address, click onthe red Next button to advance to thenext page.

Select Your Payment
Enter your credit card information on this page. All payment information isencrypted and secure. When placing an order, MyPublisher requests anauthorizationfor the purchase from your credit card company. No charges are processed toyour card until your order ships.
Upload
To begin the upload process, click on the Upload button.Once your order is uploaded, we are unable to make anychanges to your book due to our automated processes. Uploadtime varies depending on the size of your book and imagefiles. Please note that uploading can take a long time.Do not interrupt the process or start again unless promptedto do so. If the uploading process does not complete,your book file was not submitted and no charges will beprocessed to your card.

When your order is successfully uploaded, you will seethis page starting with your order confirmation number.This page provides the following information about yourorder:

If you do not see the "YourOrder is Confirmed" page, your order may not have uploadedsuccessfully. Please refer to the following section"Unable to Upload the Book File?"
NOTE: All of MyPublisher ordering andmanufacturing processes are fully automated. As soon asyour order is uploaded, MyPublisher automatically beginsprocessing the order by printing the pages you have createdand passing the printed pages to our bindery.
The option to cancel your order must be selected onthe Order Confirmation screen in MyPublisher or on your Order Confirmation e-mail withinone hour after placing your order.We are not able to cancel your order by any othermeans. If you did not select this option within the hour window, your order will be shipped and chargedto your credit card.
MyPublisher is not able to change or edit the content of your book file.
Unable to Upload theBook File?
There are many reasons why you may not be able to uploadyour book. If you experiencing difficulty uploading yourbook, we suggest you try the following:

Remove Exported Books from the Software: Go toFile, Open Book. This will display all of thebooks you have saved in the software. An order confirmation e-mail is sent when your order is completely
uploaded. This e-mail will contain your order number, selected shipping
method, and a summary of your charges. Please keep this e-mail until you
receive your order, as it contains important information. If you do not
receive an order confirmation e-mail within 30 minutes, please contact customer service.
NOTE: Order confirmation e-mails may be blocked by
e-mailspam filters. Please make sure that you allow e-mails fromcustomerservice@MyPublisher.com to come in through your e-mail.
A shipping confirmation e-mail is sent as soon as your order ships. This e-mailwill include a tracking number for items shipped via 2nd Day FedEx to Europe.
Shipments via FedEx Ground to Europe are not assigned a tracking number andare routed to the destination's local mail service for delivery. These shipmentscannot be tracked. Please allow 6 to 14 days for delivery.
U.S. and Canadian Fedex shipments will be assigned a tracking number.
