Book Printing Options in MyPublisher
Before you create your book, we recommend that you decide how you want your images to be displayed. This section introduces key considerations in your book design.
When you design your book, you have the option of selecting either single-sided printing or double-sided printing. Pricing is based on each printed page/side. Each sheet of paper in a book has two pages/sides. There is no cost benefit for selecting one print option over the other.
If you are creating a single-sided printed book...
All pages will be printed on the right side only. There are no images printed on any of the left-hand pages. There will be nothing printed on the back of Title Page (or Page 1 if you deleted the Title Page). The next printed page in your book will be Page 2 (printed on the right side).
NOTE: My Mini books are not available in single-sided print.
If you are creating a double-sided printed book...
All even numbered pages in your book will be printed on the left and all odd numbered pages will be printed on the right. The Title Page will be printed on the right-hand side. If you delete the Title Page, Page 1 will be your first page of photos, and will be printed on the right-hand side. Page 2 will be printed on the left-hand side. Page 3 will be printed on the right-hand side facing Page 2, etc. Blank pages are included in the page count and total cost of the book. Double-sided printing is the default setting in the software.
NOTE: There is nothing printed on the back of the cover page, regardless of what type of printing you select.
Minimum page requirement: 20 pages/sides (20 sheets of paper printed on the right side only). Maximum page limit: 50 pages/sides (50 sheets of paper printed on the right side only). At the 51st page, the software will automatically choose double-sided printing.
If your book contains fewer than 20 pages (single-sided), the remaining pages will be printed blank. There will be a message prompt asking you whether or not you want to remove these blank pages when you purchase your book. You will be charged the 20-page mini than 20 pages.
To create a book with single-sided printed pages:·
Click on the Single-sided Printing option located above the gray design mat.
If you are creating a single-sided printed book and your book reaches the 51st page, your images will automatically move to create double-sided pages. This may shift your images without their captions. Captions are linked to pages.
Also, when you switch from single-sided printing to double-sided printing, some photos may switch positions.
For these reasons, it is extremely important that you Preview each page carefully to ensure that all of your images and captions are in the proper position.
Click on the Preview button located below the gray design mat to get an idea of what your book will look like when it is printed single-sided. Carefully preview your book for proper image and caption layout before submitting it.

Maximum page limit: 100 pages/sides (50 sheets of paper printed on both sides)
To create a book with double-sided printed pages:· Click on the Double-sided Printing option located below the gray design mat. Double-sided printing is the default for the software.
For all books, Classic, Deluxe and PocketBook, Page 1 will be the Title Page and will be printed on the right-hand side. If you delete the Title Page, Page 1 will be your first page of photos and will be printed on the right-hand side. The image and text you choose for the Cover Page Template will only appear on the cover.
Click on the Preview button located below the gray design mat. This will give you an idea of what your book will look like when it is printed. Images in the preview that appear on the left will be printed on the left-hand side. Images that appear on the right will be printed on the right-hand side.
Carefully Preview your book for proper image and text layout before submitting it.
MyPublisher includes minimal branding on most of its products. The following is a description of the branding that will appear on your product:
Photo Books
The MyPublisher Logo will be centered on the back of the last page.
Pocketbook with Paperback Cover
The MyPublisher Logo will be centered on the inside of the back cover.
Leather Covers
There is a subtle, impressed logo on the back of the imported leather covers only.
Cards
The MyPublisher Logo will be centered on the back of the card.
Flat
The MyPublisher Logo will be centered on the bottom of the back of the card.
Calendars
The MyPublisher Logo will be centered on the back of the calendar.
Logo Removal for Pocketbook with Photo Finish Cover, Classic and Deluxe Photo Books
Customers have the option of removing the MyPublisher Logo from the last page of Pocketbook with Photo Finish Cover, Classic and Deluxe photo books for an additional fee.
Customers may remove the MyPublisher Logo in the MyPublisher software by clicking on the "Settings" icon and checking "Remove logo."

Leather Covers
At this time, the subtle, impressed logo on the back of the imported leather covers CANNOT be removed. Even though a customer may opt for the removal of the logo on the back page of a classic or deluxe photo book, this logo will remain.
