Check Order Status
It’s built right into the My Projects Page. Select the project you want and click History. You’ll see all the details including your order number, order date- tracking number (if available), and ship date.
Make Changes to Your Projects
Once your order is placed, MyPublisher creates an automatic archive, so you can’t go back and edit your project.
There are select options for features you can change at checkout (size, paper type and paper finish, for example).
Share Your Projects
My Projects makes it easy to share your creations with friends, family, colleagues...everyone.
1. Rollover the project you want to share
2. Follow the prompts
3. Add a message (if desired).
Everyone you share with will get an email that gives them access to your project, so they can order printed copies right
on the spot.
Order Extra Copies
Want more copies? My Projects makes it simple to get as many additional copies as you need, when you need. Just rollover the project you want to reorder, choose Purchase and follow the prompts through Checkout. It’s that easy.
Access Your Recent Orders
We know you want to keep close tabs on your order. Orders are usually archived to My Projects within 90 minutes of order placement. To keep you in the loop, we’ll send you an email as soon it’s available to view.
