In the unlikely event that your project arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please email us right away (within 14 days) to tell us about about it, and attach a picture. We'll get back to you within 3 business days.
If you need to make a return
We check, recheck and triple check every order to ensure our high quality standards. But we’re not perfect—and occasionally, defects may occur. If that happens, don’t worry—we’ll fix it. Here’s how.
1. Email us at email@example.com and let us know exactly what the issue is.
2. Include your confirmation number and photos of the issue (to help us understand).
3. We’ll get back to you within 3 business days with return instructions.
Please note: We cannot process returns requested after 14 days. We regret that we cannot issue refunds for errors beyond our control, such as mistakes in typing, grammar, design, image resolution, image quality and book sizes. Please note that slight color variations can occur project-to-project, as well as between computer screen and print. These slight variations are normal and not a cause for replacement or refund.
